SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Locations

Matcam Holdings Pty Ltd delivers to any address Australia-wide. To ensure safe delivery, please provide a manned business address during business hours, as signatures are required upon delivery. PO boxes are not accepted. For international shipping prices, please contact sale@matcam.com.au.

Shipping Charges

Flat-rate shipping is offered on all orders except special orders, large/bulky items, or international orders.

Dispatch Times

Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2PM AEST or AEDST Monday – Thursday, subject to stock availability and payment receipt. In case of unavailability, you will be notified within 24 hours. Dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times

Matcam Holdings Pty Ltd aims for delivery within 1-5 business days in Australia. Delivery times vary by location: 1-3 days for NSW/ACT, 1-3 days for VIC/QLD, 4-5 days for SA/TAS, and 4-6 days for WA/NT. Longer delays may occur during holidays. Large/bulky items may have extended delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking numbers and delivery service information will be provided.

Returns Policy

Unused items can be returned within 7 days for exchange, credit, or refund, at Matcam’s discretion. Return shipping is at the shipper’s expense. Items must comply with the return policy.

Exchanges

Unused items can be exchanged for a different size or style within 7 working days. Email sales@matcam.com.au before returning. Shipping for returns is at your expense, and a restocking fee may apply.

Refunds/Credits

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. If the goods don’t comply with the returns policy, no refund will be processed. Refunds exclude the original shipping charge and may have a 15% restocking fee. Credit coupons may be provided with an expiry period.

Cancellation

Tool orders can be cancelled without charge before shipment. Orders cancelled after shipment incur a 15% restocking charge and shipping charges.

Special Orders

Special orders and cannot be returned or refunded.

Insurance & Liability

Delivery prices don’t include insurance. While Matcam Holdings Pty Ltd takes care to ensure safe delivery, no liability is accepted for damage or loss.
